“I’ll be Back”

After Jesus arose on Easter Sunday, he spent 40 days before ascending into heaven. He was witnessed by hundreds including the disciples. He instructed his disciples to be the witnesses to the world until his return.

We don’t know when his return will be. But we are never without him. He will never leave us. Anything we face he is there with us to face it. If we are saved, any sin we have ever committed or will commit he atones for.

Just like we don’t know when Jesus will return to earth, we do not know when we will depart it. Jesus could return tomorrow or you could die today. Or Jesus can return thousands of years from now and you could live several more decades. What is important is you know that God is with you always and live like either could happen right now.
